A Little Hooded Cabin Conquers A Secluded Mountain Top Plot
Somewhere on a mountain elevation in Kingdom of norway, at an distance of 1125 meters stands a hooded piddling cabin with magnificent views and a funky geometric design. It was a project completed in 2022 by studio Arkitektærelset As. Initially, information technology was believed that the plot was right in the avalanche danger zone and fifty-fifty though that proved to not be true the protective hood design was kept.

This lilliputian detail solitary is plenty to make this sculptural structure unlike any other prefab cabin and definitely cool plenty to stand up out in any crowd. Of course, the projection was not without challenges. Strict edifice regulations dictated that the cabin should have sectioned windows, continuing wood paneling, triple bargeboards and a gabled roof with an angle between 22 and 27 degrees.

All these regulations actually had a positive effect on the projection, inspiring the architects to exist creative and to come up with unique design solutions. The blackness painted body of the cabin contrasts with the wooden hood which reflects the beautiful natural colors of the surroundings. A similar combo can be seen indoors where black kitchen cabinets contrast with everything around them simply in a very pleasant way. The interior of this 73 square meter cabin is highly efficient in the sense that information technology includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, a master bedchamber, bath and a sauna which can double every bit a invitee room plus an entire attic space which tin serve as a sleeping area for 8 people.
